These beautiful paintings are  the  creations of Halima Washington. Halima is an artist who lives in Atlanta, Georgia and paints with a combination of a palette knife and a brush. She "loves using the impasto technique because she wants the viewer to be aware of the paint and her passion for it and  wants people to see everyday ordinary objects and surroundings as extraordinary". Precious Pastels from TomCat

These beautiful Little critters are the work of Matouenpeluche (Plush TomCat) Samantha Battersby a Sydney based artist in Australia. She has her pieces for sale at Made It the Handmade Market out of Australia.You can also find fun stuff at Samantha's blog and her Etsy Store.

Samantha works with Pastels and has been producing original drawings, cards, posters, prints and badges. She has "been drawing and making things enthusiastically since before she can remember.Her favourite thing is to spend the day drawing - preferably lovely looking girls - drinking cups of tea and listening to music."

Julian Beever is an English, Belgium- based Chalk artist who has been making pavement drawings for over ten years. He creates drawings known as "Anamorphic Illusions which are a special distortions made  in order to create an impression of 3 dimensions when seen from one particular viewpoint".
