I am a huge fan of Street Art aka Graffiti~ This is a Creative Movement Project in the United Kingdom where
Street Artists are working with Portsmouth City Council, Sifer Design and the Portsmouth Creative Movement. This is the "starting of their painting / spraying of Hope Street Hoardings in Portsmouth.
